Skill development is important in establishing a child’s athletic foundation to improve performance, prevent injury and create an enjoyment of sports participation.  When skills start developing early, the results are positive and carries a very important quality: confidence.

This confidence, along with skill and perseverance is what to me, creates overall success.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

5-16 year olds come to me to learn fundamentals, body movement and performance through drills that develop hand-eye coordination, footwork, and reaction times to result in speed, power, strength, and mobility.  Whether it be basketball, baseball or football, I am here to help.

Hundreds of kids have participated in my programs to get them performing at higher levels whether it be in organized sports or life, in general.
